Customer is required to minimum spend of RM40 per transaction, 3 times within the month at any PETRONAS stations on any of the following products:

No, there is no additional BONUS entry(s) for Grand Prize category when customers submit their proof of vaccination registration/completion and unlock the DahSetel Vaccine badge via Setel App.

To qualify for additional bonus entry(s) for submission of proof of vaccination registration / completion, customers must register for vaccination in MySejahtera Application or via the Selangkah Application. 

Customers must submit a screenshot of their COVID-19 vaccination status page that shows that they have registered for the vaccination in the Setel App to unlock the DahSetel Vaccine badge. 

The screenshot of the COVID-19 vaccination status page can be found in the MySejahtera Application or the Selangkah Application. Alternatively, customers may also choose submit a screenshot of their digital vaccination certificate or upload an image of the vaccination card (1st or 2nd dose).

Shortlisted winners will receive a call from PETRONAS Mesralink to verify their details and ask a few simple questions before they are declared as winners.

Eligible winners will also receive an official email from PETRONAS to notify about winning and how to claim the prize from PETRONAS after the announcement is made on @PETRONASbrands social media channels and PDB’s website:  mymesra.com.my

Yes, if you pump diesel or purchase items at Kedai Mesra (except selected items like cigarettes & mobile top-ups), you can still take part in this campaign. Subject to the spend criteria in item (A)3 and (A)4.

No, every winner is only entitled to win only one (1) prize throughout the campaign period.

To qualify for the prize draw, your Mesra card must be registered with your real name and IC number. You can register your Mesra card using the four (4) options below:

4. 4. You will see a virtual Mesra card present because the system automatically generates a new virtual Mesra card for Setel users
5. 5. Click on “Activate” and key in your IC number to register your card

No, you currently cannot use your PETRONAS gift card balance to top up Setel and make purchases on Setel.

Setel is safe to be used at the petrol station before and after refueling, with compliance to the station safety guidelines provided. If you’re using Setel to pay for fuel at the station, you may refer to the station safety guidelines that can be found in the app right before your purchase: 

Car drivers:

1. 1. Park at a Setel enabled fuel pump.
2. 2. Launch Setel.
3. 3. Select pump number and fuel amount.
4. 4. Once the pump is ready, turn off your car engine, put your phone away and step out to refuel.

Do not use your phone or re-enter your car while refueling!

Motorcycle riders:

1. 1. Park at a Setel enabled fuel pump and turn off your engine.
2. 2. Launch Setel.
3. 3. Select pump number and fuel amount while seated on your motorcycle.
4. 4. Once the pump is ready, put your phone away and step down to refuel.

Do not use your phone while refueling!
