You will be eligible if you meet all of the criterias below:
- Motor insurance policy hasn’t expired
- Road tax is maximum 2 months away from expiry
- The vehicle is less than 20 years old
- You are between 18-75 years old.
- Vehicle has no outstanding summons or has not been blacklisted
- Vehicle is not used for e-hailing purposes
- Vehicle is not motorcycle
No, you can’t renew your Road Tax until you have cleared all pending summons. And yes, you can renew your Road Tax if you have pending summons but as long as you are not blacklisted by the JPJ/Police.
Yes, you can renew your road tax but the road tax pricing will follow Peninsular Malaysia road tax pricing.
We charge a user amount of RM 15 for delivery fee(inclusive of printing fee, delivery fee & 6% SST) and RM5 for service fee.

Printing & delivery
You will receive an email from My Roadtax Store with your delivery tracking code within one working day after your road tax has been shipped. If you did not receive the road tax delivery after five working days, please contact our partner My Roadtax Store to resolve the issue at +603 7491 0102(Monday-Friday; 10am-7pm) or email general@myroadtax.store
We partnering with My Roadtax Store as our fulfilment partner. They are responsible to deliver your road tax and to process any refunds or request for any top-ups if necessary.

West Malaysia: 5 Working Days
East Malaysia: 5-7 Working Days (if road tax delivery address located in East Malaysia)
There are couple reasons for not receiving your Road Tax on time:
- Road Tax Blacklisted by JPJ
- Road Tax Partner Delivery Attempt Fail
- Incorrect Vehicle Details

The courier services will attempt to redeliver for the 2nd time. If the 2nd attempt fails, your parcel will be redeliver to the nearest district stock center from your home.
Refund & topup payment
There is a slight possibility that our patner My Roadtax Store might call you to request for a minimal top-up payment or refunding back the differences as there could be a slight discrepancy between the initial payment purchase and the payment requested by JPJ.
This is solely because of the following:
- Differences in vehicle categorization offered by JPJ (saloon vs non-saloon)
- Differences in road tax cost for engine capacity (CC) for your car make and model
Upon filling the refund form successfully, it should take no longer than 14 working days for the refund to be reflected in your preferred bank account.
