You will gain 1 entry for every transaction below using the Setel app:

1. A minimum spending of RM40 on fuel (excluding diesel) in a single transaction; or
2. A minimum spending of RM10 at Kedai Mesra or Café Mesra in a single transaction.

Either of the above transactions is required to qualify your participation in the CNY Golden Rewards campaign. There is a special mechanic each week where you can gain an additional entry when you spend on specific items using the Setel app.

1. Week 1 – Transactions on parking, auto assistance, insurance, and road tax renewal.
2. Week 2 – Setel users who spend using Setel QR or DuitNow QR.
3. Week 3 – New Setel users purchasing fuel for the first time.
4. Week 4 – Spending on services mentioned from Week 1 – Week 3 or on any selected Setel features, for example:
   • Retail & online payments, e.g.: Scan & pay at the counter, Deliver2Me (except for cigarettes, prepaid top-ups, Touch N’ Go, and ePay), PETRONAS Shop
   • Motor & takaful insurance
   • Road tax renewal

Yes, either of these two transactions is required on a weekly basis to qualify your participation in the CNY Golden Rewards campaign. All spending will need to be done using the Setel app as well.

This campaign is open to existing and new Setel users who fulfil all the conditions below.

1. A registered and active PETRONAS Mesra Rewards loyalty programme member. A PETRONAS Mesra Rewards loyalty member is anyone with either a physical Mesra card, a virtual Mesra Rewards card, or a Mesra Rewards account linked to their mobile number;
2. Customers holding Malaysian citizenship; and
3. Customers aged eighteen (18) and above.

Every week before the livestream, shortlisted participants will be selected by Setel based on the following criteria:

1. Number of entries
2. Total spend on fuel and other transactions

A selection process (witnessed and recorded by the appointed Setel representative) will be held to select winners from the shortlisted participants. The number of winners selected each week will follow the schedule below.

1. Week 1 – 44 winners
2. Week 2 – 49 winners
3. Week 3 – 49 winners
4. Week 4 – 41 winners

Each shortlisted participant will be contacted via phone call by Setel’s team to verify their identity, as well as answer some tie-breaker questions. The participants with the highest number of correct answers will be selected as winners (based on the quota schedule above).

Setel’s decision on all matters relating to this Golden Rewards campaign (including the selection of winners) shall be final and binding. No enquiries on winners’ selection will be entertained.

Apple Watch SE, gold bars, gold coins, autographed PETRONAS Shop Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS 2023 cap, Marrybrown, and Bateriku vouchers – The winners will be notified via their registered mobile number with instructions to attend the prize-giving ceremony. If the winner cannot be present on the prize-giving day, they may nominate a representative to receive the prize on their behalf. The designated representative must bring an authorisation letter or a photocopied IC of the winner as consent for collecting the prize.

Mesra Rewards points and Setel Cashback- It will be granted directly to the winners’ Setel app within 30 business ds after the announcement.

88% fuel cashback and 88% MYDIN cashback – It will be auto-credited to the winners’ Setel apps, capped at RM3,000.

Senheng, Courts Malaysia, and PETRONAS Shop vouchers – Personalised in-app messages will be sent to the winners and they can redeem the e-vouchers via the Setel app.
