A service representative from Carro will contact and help you. Simply say “I want RM400 Setel Cashback for buying cars”.
Step 8
RM400 Setel Cashback will be credited to your Setel Wallet within 30 working days upon successful transaction.
Terms & conditions
- Users get RM400 Setel Cashback when they successfully purchase a car before the end of the campaign period, through the Setel x Carro promo page for buying cars.
- The campaign is open to all Setel application users who successfully purchase a car with Carro via the Setel x Carro promo page for buying cars.

No, unfortunately you won’t be able to exchange or refund the Setel Cashback. Setel and Carro reserve the right to amend, exchange, alter the offer depending on availability.
Each vehicle purchase is entitled to ONE (1) RM400 Setel Cashback upon successful purchase of a car from Carro and completion of all documentation for the purchase.
No, you will not be eligible for the offer should you book an inspection directly via Carro or through any other channels. This campaign is only applicable for inspection bookings that were made through the Setel x Carro promo page for buying cars.
No, you won’t be eligible for the offer as the car purchase needs to be successfully finalised during the campaign period for you to receive your RM400 Setel Cashback.
