You will be eligible if you meet all of the criterias below :
- motor insurance has not expired.
- not more than 2 months away from the motor insurance expiry date.
- not more than 1 claim in the last 2 years.
- the vehicle is less than 20 years old and for private use only.
- you are between 18-75 years old.
Calculation of the premium is done by assessing the condition of the car and the amount insured.

Yes, you can view the list of additional coverages available when requesting for a quotation.
All post-sales activities (claims, cancellation, etc.) are handled by the insurance company.
You can contact them at email@example.com or through their customer hotline service at (+603) 2170 8282 every Monday to Friday from 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM (excluding public holidays) to cancel your insurance policy.
A refund of the premium would be based on the conditions stipulated in the policy contract.

For minor accidental damages and if your car is safe to drive, kindly notify your claim to AXA e-Claim via WhatsApp at (+603) 2170 8282 or at https://www.axa.com.my/claims.
Claims typically require several business days to process.

You will be able to earn 1 Mesra point for every RM5 of the grand total payable of your motor insurance which is inclusive of SST, stamp duty and add-ons purchased. For example, if you paid a grand total RM1,000 for motor insurance, you will get 200 Mesra points.
You can qualify for the 10% rebate as long as you purchase the AXA SmartDrive Enhanced policy through Setel from 28 February – 27 May 2022.
The 10% rebate will be applied on your gross premium and will be viewable in the quotation summary upon checkout.
You will be eligible if you meet all of the criteria below :
