To participate in the Wonder-hu CNY contest, simply follow these steps to join:

• Verify your Setel account by completing your e-KYC (Electronic Know Your Customer). Only users with successful e-KYCs will be eligible for this contest.
• Top up a minimum  of RM88 in a single transaction for up to seven (7) times to unlock a Wonder-hu badge. There will be a maximum of  seven (7) Wonder-hu badges to unlock.
• Once you’ve unlocked a Wonder-hu badge, you will instantly receive a randomised Setel Ang pow value in the form of a voucher code via an app inbox message. (Note: There is a daily redemption limit for each Setel Ang pow value so be sure to act fast!)
• The more Wonder-hu badges you unlock, the higher your chance to win the Grand Prize of RM8,888. 

The Grand Prize and 2nd Prize winners will be announced on the 3rd week of February and will be informed via an app inbox message and announced on Setel website and social media pages.

This contest is open to all Setel application users who have successfully completed their e-KYC and have met the top-up criteria to be eligible. This contest is NOT open to: 

(a) All employees of Setel

(b) PETRONAS Station dealers and Krew PETRONAS 

(c) Employees of advertising and promotional agencies engaged by and/or for Setel.

The contest will be running from 26 January – 1 February 2022 (7 days only).

For every top-up of a minimum of RM88 in a single transaction, the user will unlock a Wonder-hu badge. A user may top up a minimum of RM88 in a single transaction up to a maximum of 7 times to unlock 7 Wonder-hu badges.

Eligible users will then receive a randomised Setel Ang pow amount daily from RM0.18, RM0.80, RM8, RM18 and RM88 respectively.

Eligible users who receive a randomised Setel Ang pow for RM0.18 and RM0.80 will receive the Setel Credit directly in their Setel Wallet balance within seven (7) working days.

Eligible users who receive a randomised Setel Ang pow for RM8, RM18 and RM88 will receive a voucher code via an app inbox message to redeem the Setel Credit.

The Grand Prize (RM8,888) and the 2nd Prize (RM888) winners will be announced by the 3rd week of February. Setel Ang pows are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis daily so don’t miss out!

No. If the user tops up RM176 in a single transaction, they will only be entitled to receive one (1) Setel Ang pow based on a randomised value as stated in Question 4. 

However, the user can perform multiple top-up transactions up to seven (7) times to unlock seven (7) Wonder-hu badges and be eligible to receive a Setel Ang pow for every top-up transaction of minimum RM88.

Only users with successful e-KYCs will be eligible to enter the Wonder-hu CNY contest.

Entries for the Wonder-hu contest are capped at a maximum of seven (7) times. A user will win a randomised Setel Ang pow value if they have: 

(1) successfully completed e-KYC and (2) top up a minimum of RM88. A user is entitled to win a randomised Setel Ang pow value up to seven (7) depending on contest eligibility and have successfully unlocked Wonder-hu badge(s).

The user will receive their Setel Ang pow in the form of a voucher code via an app inbox message upon fulfilling all of the contest criterias on a first come, first serve basis.

The Grand Prize and 2nd Prize winners will be announced on the 3rd week of February and will be informed via an app inbox message and announced on Setel website and social media pages.
