‘Park Quest’ is a Setel campaign where eligible users can earn entries for a lucky draw by using Setel Automated Parking and EV charging services during the campaign period.
The campaign runs from 11 May 2026, 12.00 AM to 11 July 2026, 11.59 PM.
The campaign is open to Malaysian citizens aged 18 years old and above with a registered Setel account. Employees of Setel Ventures Sdn. Bhd., PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad, related agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
To participate, you must download the Setel app, register for a Setel account, complete the required e-KYC verification, and use Setel Automated Parking and/or EV charging services during the campaign period.
You can earn entries in the following ways:
- 5 entries when you enable Automated Parking, complete at least one successful paid Automated Parking session, and keep your vehicle profile active until the lucky draw.
- 1 entry for every RM1 spent on eligible Automated Parking payments.
- 1 bonus entry for every RM1 spent on eligible EV charging transactions.
Eligible participants stand a chance to win:
- 1 of 3 Large Mesra PR Boxes, awarded to 3 selected winners.
- 1 of 30 RM50 cashback rewards, awarded to 30 selected winners.
Winners will be selected at random through a computerised lucky draw system. The winner selection process will be witnessed by an appointed authorised internal auditor.
RM50 cashback rewards will be credited automatically into the winner’s Setel wallet after the winner selection and verification process, subject to the winner maintaining an active and valid Setel account.
Yes. Participants may be disqualified if they are found to be ineligible, involved in fraudulent activity, abusing the campaign, registering multiple Setel accounts for dishonest purposes, or violating the campaign Terms and Conditions.
