Yes, you will receive RM400 Setel Credit so as long as your car has been successfully sold to myTukar and the transfer of ownership to myTukar has been finalised.

Can I exchange or refund the RM400 Setel Credit?

No, unfortunately you will not be able to exchange or refund the Setel Credit. Setel and myTukar reserve the right to amend, exchange, alter the offer depending on availability.

Is there a limit to the number of times a user can receive the RM400 Setel Credit?

Each vehicle is entitled for ONE (1) RM400 Setel Credit upon successful transaction during the campaign duration.

I found out about the offer through Setel x myTukar's promo page, but decided to engage directly with myTukar, will I still be eligible for the offer if I've sold my car to myTukar successfully?

No, you will not be eligible for the offer should you book an inspection directly via myTukar or through any other channels. This campaign is only applicable for inspection bookings that were made through the Setel x myTukar promo page.

Would I be eligible for the offer if I booked an inspection during the campaign period but only managed to sell my car to myTukar after the campaign period?

No, you will not be eligible for the offer as the sale transaction and transfer of car ownership needs to be successfully finalised during the campaign period to receive RM400 Setel Credit.
