All PETRONAS staff and dealers also enjoy the best deals when they register as a member with us.

How will I know if my online registration was successful?

They are different. PETRONAS Shop is your one-stop shop for authentic PETRONAS products. You can find products from brands such as Setel, PRYSM, PETRONAS Twin Towers Gift Shop, and Petrosains. PRYSM is one of the brands that are available on the shop.

Are the prices still the same?

Yes, we offer PRYSM products on the PETRONAS Shop at the same prices you enjoy and love. Remember to shop conveniently with our seamless one-click checkout when you pay with Setel and earn Mesra points for every purchase.

Is my PRYSM account still valid on PETRONAS Shop?

If you already have a PETRONAS Shop account, log in to your account using your email address and password. Once the process is completed, all your existing information and orders will be safely displayed within a single account.

As a PETRONAS staff/ dealer, do I still get to enjoy the PETRONAS staff/dealer discount?

How do I register as a PETRONAS staff membership account?

Simply Continue with Setel and proceed to Verify as PETRONAS staff on the My Account page. Fill in the required details and complete the registration by verifying the email in your inbox.

After I registered as a PETRONAS staff, I did not receive the verification email and was not able to activate my account. What should I do?

How do I register as a PETRONAS dealer membership account?

Similar to the staff registration, simply Continue with Setel and proceed to Verify as a PETRONAS dealer on the My Account page. Fill in the required details and our admins will start the review process for your account. When the review process is completed, your application status will be notified through the email you applied.

I am a PETRONAS staff and also a PETRONAS dealer, can I enjoy both membership benefits?

Yes. You can now enjoy both offerings to PETRONAS staff and dealers under a single account. Follow the registration process for both PETRONAS staff and dealers above and you are ready to go.

I already have a PETRONAS staff/dealer account, can I still use the same account in PETRONAS Shop?

If you already have a PETRONAS staff account, simply Continue with Setel and connect to your old account on the My Account page. Enter your existing staff/dealer account email address and password. Once the process is completed, all your existing information and orders will be safely displayed within a single account.

PAYMENTS

In the event of a refund, what are the refund methods available?

We provide full and partial refunds in the same payment method you used in your order purchase. At the same time, we will reach out to you to confirm the refund method to proceed with the refund. The available refund methods are Setel wallet, Setel voucher, credit card, and bank transfer.

How long does it take for the refund to be completed?

A refund would take 3 to 21 working days depending on the confirmed refund method.

  • How can I pay for my order?

    We accept payments via Online Payments e.g. credit/debit card, online bank transfer, Setel and most of other eWallets in Malaysia.
    For PETRONAS dealers and staff, we also offer payment option through PETRONAS account deduction.

    What currency will my purchases be in?

    All transactions on this website are to be conducted and are payable in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).

    My payment transaction failed, what should I do?

    Is there an installment payment plan?

    Yes, you may select buy now pay later payment option offered by MobyPay upon checkout. You may enjoy 3 months 0% installment with any debit or credit card. To understand further, kindly refer to INSTALLMENT PLAN.

    What are the payment methods available on PETRONAS Shop?

    We accept various payment methods such as credit/debit card, online bank transfer, Setel and GrabPay.
    For PETRONAS dealers and staff, we also offer payment option through the PETRONAS account deduction.

    INSTALLMENT PLAN

    How do I apply for the installment plan?

    You just need to select MobyPay 3 months 0% installment plan upon checkout.

    Is there a minimum purchase amount for MobyPay?

    The minimum purchase amount is RM10. So, buy more to enjoy the convenience of paying with easy installment plan!

    Can I pay with part direct payment and part installment?

    For now, you will have to separate your order into 2 different transactions.

    Whom do I pay at the end of the day?

    MobyPay will directly debit your debit or credit card (as specified during checkout) for the monthly installment. Your first installment will be auto-deducted upon checkout while the rest of the installments will be auto-deducted every 30 calendar days. All you need to do is to ensure that there are enough funds in the account for the deduction.

    My first installment is higher than selling price divided by 3? Why?

    The first payment may be slightly higher due to the rounding mechanism. Total 3 months payment will be exactly the same amount of the item that you purchase.

    What happens if my total purchase is more than my credit limit on MobyPay?

    You may still purchase the items by paying the difference in your first installment e.g. total purchase is RM800 but credit limit is RM600

  • At checkout: Pay RM400
  • 1st installment: Pay RM200
  • 2nd installment: Pay RM200
  • If I have an existing installment plan with MobyPay, may I apply for this installment?

    You can make as many purchases as long as you are within your credit limit by MobyPay.

    How can I increase my credit limit?

    You can apply at MobyPay website: www.Mobypay.my by providing any of the following document:

  • Latest EPF statement
  • Latest pay slip
  • 3 months bank statement or other income statement
  • Utility bills

  • Kindly note the more document you submit, the higher your chance of a higher credit limit.

    Will MobyPay affect my credit card balance?

    No, the credit line extended by MobyPay is separate from your credit card. Purchases made using MobyPay will also not affect your credit card balance unless you utilise your credit card to repay your Mobypay installments. If this is your choice of installment repayment, your monthly installments will be deducted from your credit card via auto-debit.

    What if there are not enough funds for auto-debit in my account?

    If your payment is outstanding, you will be given a grace period of 48 hours to make the necessary arrangements to ensure that there are sufficient funds in your banking account for auto-debit or to change the repayment method.
    During the stipulated grace period, you will be receiving email/telephone reminders for the necessary arrangements to be made.

    What happens if I am late on my repayment?

    You will be given another grace period of 5 days to make the necessary repayment arrangements. During the grace period, the system will prevent you from making any further purchases using MobyPay to ensure that your debt does not exceed your repayment capability. If you have exceeded the grace period, and your payment still has not gone through, you will be charged a processing fee which was initially waived for the first three months together with a late payment fee.

    What happens if I am not able to repay my monthly installment?

    If you are unable to repay one monthly installment, the system is auto-configured to prevent you from making more purchases via MobyPay to get you back on track.

    What happens if I do not pay my bills at all?

    This will be reported to various Credit Bureaus in Malaysia under trade reference. This negative remark may prevent you from securing future financial assistance from other financial institutions until you have repaid your debt.

    DELIVERY

    What are the delivery charges?

    The shipping fee for all products will be stated on the Cart page under the Summary section. The shipping fee will be deducted from the total order when you meet the minimum order value requirement.

    How long does the delivery take?

    Deliveries usually takes up to 7 business days.
    Some of you might experience late shipping delivery due to processing time by warehouse and courier company, distance, weather conditions and failed delivery attempts by the courier company.

    Can orders be delivered to overseas addresses?

    Currently, orders are only available for delivery within Malaysia.

    Can orders be delivered to anywhere within Malaysia?

    Yes, orders can be delivered to all addresses within Malaysia except for P.O. Box addresses.

    Can I change my delivery address?

    Once your order has been submitted, you are not allowed to change the delivery address.

    What happens if I am not at the delivery address to receive my order?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to bear the costs for any unsuccessful deliveries and order cancellation is not allowed once they have been submitted successfully.

    ORDERS

    How can I cancel, return or exchange my order?

    Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept cancellations, returns or exchanges once orders have been submitted successfully.

    How can I find out whether my order was successfully processed?

    We will send an Order Confirmation email to your registered email address. You can also check the status at the My Orders page.

    How can I check the status of my order?

    You can view your order status on the My Orders page.

    Would my ongoing order be impacted by this change?

    None of your order(s) will be impacted by this change. It will be delivered to you within the stipulated timeline.

    How does a pre-order work?

    To secure your item, full payment is due at checkout. Kindly allow a maximum of 14 working days for your order to be processed.

    How do I know if an item is available for pre-order?

    All pre-order items will be marked "pre-order" and will have a longer shipping at the checkout page.

    What if I want to purchase a pre-order item together with items that are in stock?

    The entire order will be held until the pre-order item has arrived and all the items can be delivered together. If you would like your in-stock purchases to be delivered first, kindly purchase the items separately.

    I've purchased a pre-order item, when will I know the exact delivery date?

    Since pre-order items are not readily available in our keeping, we are not able to guarantee the exact date your item will be shipped. Each pre-order item has an estimated shipping date but this may be subjected to changes without prior notice, some may be due to reasons out of our control (shipping, weather, stock level, etc).

    I've been waiting for too long! Can I cancel my pre-order?

    By adding to cart and proceeding with payment, you have agreed to the wait time and our refund policy. In the event we are not able to fulfill your pre-order within the agreed timeline, we will reach out to you to facilitate a refund, accordingly.

    While waiting for my pre-ordered items to be delivered, can I add-on items so they can be delivered together?

    The pre-ordered items will be using a unique order number assigned to it. Any add-ons will require a new purchase where a new unique order number will be assigned. Therefore, the new order will be delivered separately.
