How to unlock your rewards

When you have met the criteria, your Mesra Prestige badge will be unlocked automatically, which can be viewed under My Badges.

Frequently asked questions
Mesra Prestige is an extension of the PETRONAS Mesra Loyalty Programme to reward our high value customers. This programme is only open to Setel users who are members of the Mesra Loyalty Programme who’ve spent RM380 on fuel in a month.
Customers that are on Mesra Prestige will be able to enjoy a variety of privileges or rewards that are exclusively curated for Mesra Prestige members which includes money-can’t-buy experiences, special discounts, previews and etc.
You have to spend a minimum of RM380 on fuel in a month with the Setel app to qualify to be a Mesra Prestige member in the following month to be able to enjoy the exclusive privileges and rewards of the Mesra Prestige programme.
There is no fixed timing on how often the privileges or rewards will change. Check out rewards catalogue from time to time for the latest rewards. On the Setel app, you may go to the ‘Rewards’ tab and look for the Mesra Prestige catalogue. Alternatively, you may visit https://www.setel.com/mesrarewards and look for the Mesra Prestige catalogue.
You have to spend a minimum of RM380 of fuel monthly with the Setel App in order for you to keep your membership for the following month. Once you have spent RM380 on fuel with the Setel App in a month, the Mesra Prestige badge will be unlocked immediately. You will then be able to start redeeming your privileges. The Mesra Prestige membership is renewed on a monthly basis starting from the 1st of the month once you’ve gain access to the Mesra Prestige rewards, To view your badge status, go to ‘Rewards’ tab and click ‘Badges’.
It is effective from 1st April until 31 December 2022. There will be no more badges to unlock by the month and no access to the Mesra Prestige deals in the Rewards section of Setel App.
Any of your vouchers will still remain under “My Vouchers” upon 60 days from your redemption date even after the program ends. You are still allowed to use/claim your vouchers at any participating outlet before it expires. Latest date of voucher expiry is up to 28th Feb 2023.
No, only payment for fuel will be eligible for the Mesra Prestige membership
Yes, you can still be eligible to be a Mesra Prestige member by linking your Mesra Card with Setel and transfer all your Mesra points, to enjoy a seamless and more rewarding experience. Please reach out to the Setel Customer Support team via Live Chat on the Setel App for assistance to link your Mesra Card and transfer your Mesra points. Please note that you will no longer be able to use your Mesra Card once you’ve made a request to transfer your points.
No, the Mesra Prestige membership is only valid for fuel purchases made through the Setel app.
No, you will not be eligible for Mesra Prestige programme if you scan receipt and upload in Setel. Only payment made through Setel will entitle you to become a Mesra Prestige member.
Yes, they are eligible to be a Mesra Prestige member when they fulfill the criteria of spending a minimum of RM380 on fuel purchases with the Setel App.
No, only fuel purchases with a minimum of RM380 total in a month made by the Setel Share Owner account is eligible for the Mesra Prestige programme. Fuel purchases made by the Setel Share Members will not be eligible for the programme.
