Frequently asked questions
Setel users who make purchases with Setel on physical or online stores, including Kedai Mesra and PETRONAS Shop, parking, motor takaful/insurance, road tax, auto-assistance, and EV charging, and Deliver2Me via the app or web feature, will receive 3x Mesra points for every RM1 spent.
Excluding DuitNow transactions and PETRONAS Shop vouchers.
The campaign runs from 15 June to 15 October 2023. However, Setel reserves the right to terminate, change, amend, or add on any terms and conditions to this promotion without any prior notice.
To be eligible for the 3x Mesra points reward, users need to spend a minimum of RM1.
Once payment is made for the eligible purchases, the 3x Mesra points for every RM1 spent will be automatically rewarded to the user’s digital Mesra Card in the Setel app.
Setel is available at over 1,000 PETRONAS stations nationwide, PETRONAS AutoExpert workshops, and at over 5,000 retail shops and online stores.
The Mesra points received by users will expire after 3 years. Throughout its validity, the points remain valid for usage as long as the Setel account is still active.
There is no limit for Mesra point rewards throughout the campaign period.
To use Setel, you need to download the Setel app, link your preferred payment method, and display your QR code or scan merchant’s QR code to purchase.
The Mesra points will be rewarded to your digital Mesra card automatically and you will receive a notification in your Setel app. Tap “More” and select “Mesra points history” for transaction records.
