Apart from the cashback, no Mesra points will be given for the transaction. Mesra points are only eligible for purchases made on fuel, Kedai Mesra, and Deliver2Me.

The campaign will run for two months from 13 November 2023 to 12 January 2024. However, Setel reserves the right to terminate, change, amend, or add on any terms and conditions to this promotion without any prior notice.

Payment can be made by displaying your unique Setel code for the cashier to scan or by scanning the merchant’s Setel QR code displayed at the counter.

Users need to spend minimum RM1 to be eligible for the 10% cashback.

Once payment is made for the eligible purchases, the 10% cashback will be automatically rewarded to your e-Wallet in the Setel app and you will receive a notification of the reward. To check your transaction history tap Profile and then Payment history.

You will be rewarded with 3% cashback until the cashback has reached the maximum cap amount of RM5 per month.
No, you can use the cashback for payment via Setel Wallet as long as your Setel account is active.

Yes, you can use Setel as long as you have a valid phone number and a valid payment method. However, digital Mesra card activation (points redemption) will require a valid IC number.
The 10% cashback reward cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts offered by Setel unless explicitly stated. However, the promotion can be combined with merchants’ in-store discounts if applicable.
There are currently no plans to extend the campaign period. However, any updates regarding this will be announced on our platform.
