System Analyst

In This Role You Will:
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to identify customer and merchant issues.
  • Proactively build and implement solutions to improve support and operational efficiency.
  • Provide analytical and troubleshooting support to internal business partners.
  • Take part in documenting technical processes, incident reports, guides and knowledgebase.
  • Get involved in the design, build and maintenance of cloud infrastructure.
  • Examine current systems and identify potential system failures.
  • Develop solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
  • Validates results by testing programs.

You’re a great fit if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a software engineer.
  • Ability to write complex SQL queries.
  • Experience with cloud computing technologies environment e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure.
  • Familiarity with at least two backend programming languages like JavaScript, Python, Ruby & Go.
  • General understanding of DevOps and CI/CD principles is an advantage.


Additional requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical capabilities.
  • Experience troubleshooting problems and working with a team to resolve large scale production issues.
  • Networking knowledge of the TCP/IP stack, internet routing and load balancing.
  • Linux OS and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python or similar).
  • Flexibility to work on on-call duties.
