The Data Analyst (Customer Growth) partners with stakeholders e.g. product & marketing and leverages analytics to drive SVSB’s KPIs of growing our customer base and increasing engagement. The responsibilities include building high quality reports and dashboards for monitoring customer growth and engagement, conducting analysis to extract insights from our customer transactional and behavioral data, and presenting actionable insights through data visualization and storytelling in business meetings. This role will require fluency in SQL, a strong problem-solving ability and ability to communicate effectively with data.
