IT Support Executive

We’re looking for a Technical Account Specialist to join the Setel KL team. We are obsessed about delivering a seamless and frictionless retail experience for our customers. In This Role You Will:
  • Identifying and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Diagnosing faults on Windows machines, Macs and android based devices.
  • Communicate with customers/colleagues to quickly get to the root of their problem.
  • Providing timely and accurate customer/user feedback.
  • Following up with users to ensure the problem is resolved.
  • Familiar with computer hardware and peripherals.
  • Maintain procedural documentation for reference.
  • Manage multiple cases at one time.
  • Support initiatives for continuous improvement plans.
  • Utilize security guidelines as appropriate for support activities.
  • Involve in planning, scheduling and monitoring projects tasks as agreed by the Organization.
  • Ready to work on Flexible shift/timings/weekend standby if required.
  • After office hours support (standby on rotational basis if required).
  • Able to take ownership of a task or issue to ensure the correct solution is provided to solve Users issues.
  • Prepare weekly reports for internal reporting.

You’re a great fit if you have:

  • Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS.
  • Experience with tools such as Zendesk, JIRA, Confluence, Holistics, MongoDb will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in Access Management, IAM , PAM is preferred
  • Knowledge in integrating multiple tools and automation is preferred
  • Sound knowledge of governance and compliance in IT is preferred
  • Good written and verbal reporting skills.
  • Procurement of licenses and hardware

 

 

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience troubleshooting problems and working with a team to resolve large scale production issues
  • Flexibility to work on on-call duties
