Head, Customer Acquisition

The Head of Customer Acquisition will be responsible to develop strategies, manage a team & lead initiatives focused on increasing awareness & driving user & customer acquisition of Setel.

The primary focus will be on driving strategies in generating quality user sign-ups, account activation through various paid and organic acquisition channels. In this role, you will be responsible in working with relevant internal & external partners in driving the acquisition efforts, to monitor the performance of the acquisition activities & report results to the management.

Performance-driven, excellent communication & negotiation skills, creative problem solving, demonstrated innovation and analytical capabilities are necessities for this role.

In This Role You Will:
• Work with management to drive the overall strategy and growth for Setel
Own communication to management on plans to hit marketing goals around user & customer acquisition
• Stay up-to-date with the market, competitors & industry trends
Oversee the targeted messages and customer communications strategy based on Setel’s key value propositions and use cases
• Identify internal platform and tool improvements that would help our marketing efforts, and champion their development
Achieve revenue growth, yield and volume via acquisition and strategic marketing campaigns while pushing new acquisition funnels and segment specific value propositions
Define, build & analyse appropriate methods, key metrics and traffic patterns to measure attribution and performance of marketing programs
Have a deep understanding of the customer, with an obsession to understand new trends and opportunities leading to customer insights
Define business needs and comprehensive requirements for behavioural data capture and reporting, collaborate with relevant team(s) to integrate data requirements into sales planning and channel development
• Initiate, contribute and provide acquisition strategic inputs to help develop and deliver on strategic plans and budgets
Manage all new revenue lines and channels, delivering revenue via new customer acquisition and retention across new partnership development
Build and lead execution of strategic partnerships – cross-marketing alliances, branding and joint commercial collaboration
• Develop real-time marketing campaign analytics dashboard with data team to ensure accurate and effective execution & post-campaign analysis

You’re a great fit if you have:

8+ years of experience in B2C marketing with a focus on partner marketing and/or product marketing
Experience marketing payment methods and/or financial services products will be an added advantage
Excel at cross-group collaborating, creative thinking, problem solving and have strong bias for action
Understanding of onsite marketing channel expansion
Experience designing and executing rapid-fire test-and-learn campaigns
Experience building and growing relationships with internal and external partners
Proficiency in HTML, SQL, Excel – plus the ability to learn our in-house tools and systems
