The Data Analyst partners with stakeholders e.g. product & marketing to continuously evolve and provide all core reporting interfaces and deliverables required for tracking the performance metrics for the business. The responsibilities include building high quality reports and dashboards for monitoring customer growth and engagement, conducting analysis to extract insights from our customer transactional and behavioral data, presenting actionable insights through data visualization and storytelling in business meetings, and working with the Analytics Engineer in developing core datasets that ensure availability and granularity of important product data. This role will require fluency in SQL, and ability to communicate effectively, and ability to work across technical teams e.g. product and engineering as well as business teams where required.
