Commercial Development Executive

The Commercial team owns all efforts to build and execute commercial models for Setel. This involves efforts to define, test and execute specific revenue models for different market segments by working closely with the cross-functional teams to solve pain-points for customers and merchants. Identifying pain-points and right-sizing the value proposition of the solutions which addresses these pain-points are key in building revenue models with strong traction.

The Commercial Development Executive will assist in developing and implementing commercial strategies according to Setel’s goals and objectives, aiming to accelerate growth. The job also involves efforts in conducting market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities for Setel. This role must always work closely with existing and potential clients to ensure their needs are being met.

In This Role You Will:
  • Assist in acquiring new clients and foster existing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish business solutions, potential partnership opportunities and resolve any arising issues related to contracts and commercial operations.
  • Generate insights from internal advanced analytics and screening of commercial and technology development of the industry to drive commercial go to market strategy.
  • Assist in contract execution, review all contract performance and provide recommendation for renewal, extension, closer out.
  • Assist sales and report analysis that give insights to partners in improving company performance via contracts established.
